Snoop Dogg performs onstage during ‘The High Road Tour.’
UPDATED 11/9 3:15 p.m. ET: Snoop Dogg’s blunt roller is pointing her finger at the media.
Earlier this week, Snoop publicly accused Renegade Piranha of lying about his weed consumption, specifically the claim that he smokes the equivalent of 75-100 blunts per day.
Piranha—a professional roller—insisted she never made such comment and that she was simply a victim of bad journalism.
While speaking to TMZ Hip Hop, Piranha recalled her recent interview on the The Kyle and Jackie O Show, where she was asked how many blunts she rolls in a day.
The blunt roller said she told the hosts she typically rolls about a quarter pound to half a pound a day, but made it clear that total amount wasn’t solely for Snoop.
“That’s for all my clients combined. That was then sensationalized to make it as though I said ‘one of my clients smokes that many’ or anything like that,” she said.
“So then all the publications then ran with this super bad—you know, bad journalism and sensationalized reporting of something that was literally never said. I feel awful, as I’m sure everyone else involved in the mess feels awful, because no one likes to be misquoted.”
Piranha went on to say that she never shares information about her clients, such as how much they smoke in a day or their preferred strains.
“That’s private information, and honestly, I’m not with them 24/7 to even know what their average day looks like,” she explained, before revealing she’s never communicated with Snoop.
“I’ve never directly, ever, had contact [with] him. I also don’t have direct contact to a few of my other clients. I usually talk to them through their management or their assistants or whomever is in charge of their work.”
Piranha was then asked what she would say to Snoop if given the opportunity.
“I’m so sorry that the bad media did both of us like this,” she said.

Snoop Dogg took to Instagram Sunday to hopefully set the record straight, once and for all, about the amount of weed he smokes in a day.
“Bitch said I smoke…bitch, this is all in a day’s work. Stop lying,” Snoop said. “Fuck I’ma smoke all that weed in one day? What am I, a fuckin’ machine? Bitch, this is the roaches. See…roaches.”

Snoop decided to present visual evidence two days after denying the claim that he smokes “roughly” 75 to 150 blunts a day, writing, “The bitch is conning u man.”

According to the New York Post, Renegade Piranha, who identifies herself as Snoop’s personal blunt roller, claimed he smokes half a pound of weed every day during her appearance on the Australian radio show The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
“I calculate it at over 450,000,” she added.
Snoop spoke about his PBR, or professional blunt roller, during a 2019 appearance on The Howard Stern Show with Seth Rogen. “That’s his J-O-B—his occupation,” Snoop reassured Stern. “On his resume, it says, ‘What do you do? I’m a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller.”
“He knows how to gauge the look on someone’s face when it seems like they want a blunt and if they do, he gives you one,” said Rogen, who, according to HipHopDX, was hired by Waka Flocka Flame to be his professional blunt roller in 2014.
In June, Snoop revealed his PBR had been given a raise due to inflation. The rapper wouldn’t disclose their exact salary, but the UberFacts Twitter account claimed their annual salary was somewhere between $40,000 to $50,000.
Snoop revealed on Stephen A. Smith’s Know Mercy podcast that he and Dr. Dre have spent the last two months working on an album tentatively titled Missionary. He said they hope to release the project later this month.
In other news, Snoop has signed with talent agency WME in all areas.
“WME is the only place that can handle the career I’ve built and grow it even further,” Snoop said of the deal. “I look forward to gettin’ it with the WME team to continue innovating across music, film, TV, business, and digital and break barriers across entertainment.”
