Haaland refused to take photos with Norwegian beauty

Norwegian social media star Isabelle Eriksen was upset when she and her friend were refused a photo with striker Erling Haaland.

While many of his Man City teammates like John Stones, Kevin de Bruyne and Bernardo Silva are “plowing hard” at Euro 2024, Haaland is enjoying his summer vacation with his girlfriend Isabel and family. In recent weeks, they have traveled together to Cannes (France), Marbella (Spain) and Carpi Island (Italy).

Isabelle met Haaland when they were both at the popular Playa Padre in the resort of Marbella last month. On social network Snapchat , the 27-year-old beauty posted a photo expressing her surprise when she realized she was on vacation at the same place as Haaland.

She revealed that she and her friends later asked to take a photo with Haaland, but were flatly refused. “Honestly, we don’t think Haaland is anything good,” Isabelle wrote.

A few days later, Norwegian site Nettavisen contacted Isabelle to clarify the incident. “We had a bad impression of the way Haaland said no, not that he refused to take pictures,” the social media star said. “Of course we understand that Haaland did not want to or did not have time to take pictures, but I did not like the way he refused.”

Isabelle said she and her friend were “like pushed out of the way” to make way for Haaland, as the striker walked behind them. “Even if you’re a celebrity, you can still be nice,” she continued. Nettavisen later contacted Haaland’s team, but did not receive a response.

In addition to Haaland refusing to take a photo, Isabelle was shocked when armed police “raided” the pub and asked people to identify themselves. A video on social media also recorded Haalaand taking identification documents from his pocket when approached by police.

“The police raid was quite dramatic and we were quite scared at first because we didn’t know if we were in danger,” Isabelle said, adding that there were around 30 armed police officers at the party venue along with a helicopter. Police did not say why they carried out the raid, but Eriksen said they were definitely looking for drugs.

Haaland has scored 90 goals in 96 games in all competitions for Man City, including winning the Premier League Golden Boot twice in a row. The Norwegian striker became the sixth player to achieve this feat, after Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry, Robin van Persie, Harry Kane and Mohamed Salah. Haaland is expected to return to Man City in the next few days to prepare for the 2024-2025 season.
