SPAIN-ENGLAND: WHEN CARVAJAL TEASES SAKA BY ASKING HIM TO STOP CRYING

Spanish defender Dani Carvajal teased Bukayo Saka during the Euro final between Spain and England this Sunday in Berlin. The Madrid player accused the English player of demanding too much from referee François Letexier.

Dani Carvajal maintains his reputation as a showman. Starting on the right flank of the defense against England for the last match of the Euro in Berlin, the Spaniard teased Bukayo Saka in the first half. While the English striker was claiming a foul from the French referee François Letexier , Carvajal asked him to stop crying, in his own way. A reaction that amused many on social networks.

A man of finals

The first half of the Euro final was marked by a lot of contact and high intensity, despite the absence of goals and clear chances. Sent off in the quarter-final against Germany and suspended against France in the semi-final, Carvajal returned to his wing for his 22nd final, for club and country.

With Real, he has notably won six Champions Leagues and five Club World Cups. Winner of the Nations League with La Roja in 2023, the 32-year-old defender can win the Euro with the A team, after having been crowned in the U19 (2011) and with the hopes (2013).
