Josh Hart dismissed the Philadelphia 76ers’ star player Joel Embiid with confident words following a close loss to the New York Knicks. The dramatic first-round playoff series between the Philadelphia 76ers and New York Knicks is the product of intense rivalry between the two teams. Embiid, after losing the game, said that his team was better; they would fix the situation and come out better in the next games. He also said he is not worried about their chances of winning the series.

“We should be 2-0, so you know we’re good, we’re gonna win this series, we’re gonna win this. We know what we’ve got to fix, we did a better job today, so we’re gonna fix it. But we’re the better team and we’re gonna keep fighting.” Embiid said during a post-game interview.

Embiid and the Sixers were less than a minute away from tying the series at one game apiece. Still, New York rallied spectacularly on Monday night at Madison Square Garden, scoring eight points in the final 30 seconds.

Josh Hart did not appear worried by Joel Embiid’s comments about the 76ers

During an interview after winning against 76ers, Josh Hart was asked about the bold claims made by Joel Embiid, in response Hart said that he don’t care about Embiid words.

“I don’t care. They’re not. We’re up 2-0. When the NBA starts basing the series on what we think, then I would care a little bit more. But right now we’re up 2-0 and we’re just focused on trying to get our third one.” Hart said.

Josh Hart did not appear worried by Embiid’s comments about the 76ers. He stressed the importance of staying focused on the next crucial move to help extend the winning streak. During the press conference, he also stated that the team aimed to win against the 76ers for the third time.

Hart expressed confidence in the group’s ability to perform well in stressful game conditions, but he also recognized that there are still certain areas where they can improve.
