When traveling to Japan with Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud, Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons engaged in a sumo match.

On social media, the couple teased competing against each other in a sumo gym, but wrestling a skilled sumo wrestler is a different story.

In the NFL, 6-foot-3, 245-pound Parsons is well-known for his unique combination of size and agility, which makes him a nightmare for opposing offensive linemen and tight ends. When Parson tries to hoist the sumo wrestler for the first time, the Cowboys opponent almost gives way under the linebacker’s full-force attack before the Dallas star is eliminated with ease.

Parsons was sent out of the circle and made a vow to “hit legs every day.” In front of Parsons, Stroud even gave the wrestler a celebration by rocking the infant.

In the midst of the video going viral on social media, fans took to the comments and called for NFL teams to sign the sumo wrestler who easily handled Micah Parsons.

NFL teams should definitely investigate the unidentified sumo wrestler if he can overpower a three-time Defensive Player of the Year finalist and three-time Pro Bowler like that.

According to Brian Linder of Penn Live, Micah Parsons is no stranger to the wrestling arena, having wrestled as a child and contemplating returning to the sport as a high school senior and Penn State football prospect.

Micah Parsons, a pass rusher for the Dallas Cowboys, went from being an unsung first-round pick to a sensation in his first year of play. After three years of play, Parsons has already made it to the first team of the All-Pro team twice, been selected to the Pro Bowl three times, and placed third three times in the DPOY vote.

Shan Shariff of 105.3 The Fan discussed what he’s hearing about Micah Parsons from within the Cowboys’ organization during a fictitious discussion regarding Parsons’ trade worth should the team decide to rebuild after this season.

“I’ve heard from way too many people this offseason. I’m talking about at least four different people (have told me) that Micah has worn thin there,” 105.3 The Fan’s Shan Shariff said Friday. “I don’t know how much is true and how much it actually hurts (his reputation). I don’t know whether this is the behavior of a typical superstar. I don’t how damaging it is. But all I do know is this – I’ve heard from way too many people that if Micah Parsons was out of there, there would be a decent amount of people inside the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco smiling or breathing a sigh of relief.”
