Actress Dimples Romana has recently addressed the swirling rumors surrounding her close friends, actress Angel Locsin and her husband Neil Arce.

In a recent interview, Romana firmly denied speculations suggesting a rift between Locsin and Arce, affirming that Angel remains happily married and Neil continues to care for her attentively. “I get to see her naman, she’s very, very happy and happily married, and Neil is taking very good care of her,” Romana shared.

Discussing the impact of social media on relationships, Romana stressed the importance of looking beyond online appearances. She noted, “The thing is, people are so involved with social media that we think if we don’t see married people posting online together, parang hiwalay na sila! No po! Hindi ibig sabihin wala sa social media, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.”

Romana underscored the necessity of not solely relying on social media for relationship validation, suggesting that taking a break from online platforms can yield positive outcomes. “Sometimes a little off of social media can do you good. Kadalasan sa social media pa galing ‘yung frustrations mo, yung comparison mo with the life of others, and when you pause a little bit and know that not everything on social media can be helpful to you, you’ll be able to recognize that you too can have a happy life like Neil and Angel, na halos offline sila but they’re very, very happy.”

Regarding Locsin’s potential return to acting after a hiatus of almost two years, Romana expressed anticipation among fans for Angel’s comeback. “I can only wish that Angel will return because she’s super much-awaited all the time. I know that the boss and being off-line and missing an act on social media has done very well. She’s so light-hearted and you just feel that she’s very, very happy so once na mag-decide siya at pinag-dadasal natin yun ma malapit na yun I’m excited that I get to work with her but this time we get to bond each hindi lang sa personal but sa work,” she expressed.
