Floyd Mayweather just made history again!

Last night, one of the best boxers in the history of the sport, “Money” Mayweather defeated UFC superstar Conor McGregor in the 10th round. Out the gate, McGregor was fast and furious attacking Mayweather but that ferocity died down as the rounds went on and Floyd’s experience took over.

The match outlasted McGregor’s “prediction” that he would knockout the champ by the 4th round but his efforts shouldn’t be played down because he did a decent job.

For those who thought they were going to see a legit technically sound boxing fight, you should’ve known better.

Either way, both men are richer…by richer I mean – the fight took in a reported $300 million with Mayweather earning a reported $100 million and McGregor with $30 million.

They did a great job amping up this fight and we all bought into (literally) last night.

Floyd Mayweather will go back into retirement with an extra win 50-0, putting him ahead of the legendary Rocky Marciano who previously held the record with 49-0. McGregor wants a rematch but I doubt he will be granted his wish.
