Mark Wahlberg is celebrating the 18th birthday of his son Michael.
On Thursday, the actor, 52, shared an adorable throwback photo of his eldest son as a baby, alongside a sweet message as he honored Michael’s special day.
“Happy 18 th b day buddy🥳❤️ can’t believe how fast you’ve grown up❤️,” Wahlberg wrote alongside the snap, which showed him holding Michael as a young child. “So proud of the young man you are🙏,” he added.
Along with Michael, Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham share daughter Ella Rae, 20, son Brendan Joseph, 15 and daughter Grace Margaret, 14.
Durham, 45, also penned a sweet tribute to her son alongside a carousel post of pictures of him at various different ages.
“1️⃣8️⃣‼️ I truly cannot believe that you are 18 my buddy 💙,” she wrote. “ This a tough one. I remember that you would NEVER sleep anywhere as an infant except in my arms 🤱🏻.”

In the first photo from her carousel post, Michael sat on a plane while flashing a smile at the camera.
Durham then shared a throwback picture of her wrapping her arms around him as a baby. The proud mother of four went on to include photos of Michael with his father, as well as with his siblings when they were all younger and more recent shots of the birthday boy.

“Crazy!!!! Happy b day Mikey 🙌❤🙌,” Wahlberg commented under the post.
Michael’s milestone birthday comes after, in recent interview with PEOPLE, his actor father shared that after moving from California to Las Vegas in 2022, he and his family are all settled in and doing well — his children in particular.
“It’s a place where my kids can thrive and do their thing and pursue their interests,” he told PEOPLE earlier this month.
